Etched Beryl var. Aquamarine from Minas Gerais, Brazil. This gorgeous natural etched Aquamarine floater crystal has subtle gradient color-zoning, soft aquamarine-blue blends seamlessly into icy clear-aqua, with a hint of vanilla undertone. It's a very textural piece, with exceptional gemmy luster and unique form. It features a well-dissolved crystalline structure, with intricate etched details that occurred during the natural dissolution process. This crystal is complete, with 360 degrees of stunning icy etched surfaces that sparkle in the light. This Aquamarine could be displayed vertically or horizontally, it looks incredible from every angle. Excellent condition, with no noticeable nicks.

This piece is a rare find from an old collection, originally purchased in the 1990s. It was rediscovered when a storage unit containing display cases and a few dusty old mineral flats was purchased from a mineral dealer in Tucson, Arizona. One of the mineral flats was etched Beryl and we were able to purchase the flat. Most of the pieces are Aquamarine, with a few Heliodor, this is one of the biggest and best etched Aquamarine crystals in the flat.
