Shipping policy

Shipping Cost: 
We offer FREE shipping on orders $100+ in the United States. For all other orders, shipping cost is calculated at checkout by the United States Postal Service (USPS), based on weight and delivery destination. On our website, you can check the shipping amount in your cart before completing your order.

Shipping Time & Location:
When you place an order, it will ship on the same day or next business. All orders ship from Tucson, Arizona.

Domestic Shipping:
We ship USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail to all 50 States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.

International Shipping:
We ship USPS International to most countries worldwide. Please understand we are not responsible for the taxes/duties in your country. 

Shipping Exceptions:
If we are traveling for a Gem & Mineral Show, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. Our Gem show schedule will be regularly updated on our website.
