Crystallized Rose Quartz, 80g | Taquaral, Itinga, Minas Gerais, Brazil

Gorgeous crystallized pink Rose Quartz on smoky quartz. Delicious bubblegum pink rose quartz crystals perched on naturally etched smoky quartz and white quartz, with albite. It has a combination of frosty to sparkling luster. The base of the quartz is mostly flat but a stand is still needed for support to display upright. Crystallized Rose Quartz specimens are a rare find, occasionally found in very small quantities, only a few places around the world.

This piece is from an old collection, that belonged to the late Alvaro Lucio, one of the most well-known and accomplished mineral collectors and dealers in Brazil. We acquired a small lot of Crystallized Pink Rose Quartz and Tourmaline from his collection and inventory.
