Etched Beryl var. Heliodor from Marambaia, Carai, Minas Gerais, Brazil. This gorgeous natural etched Heliodor crystal is a pastel lemonade color and has exceptional gemmy clarity. It's a very textural piece, with bright luster and unique form, it features a natural hole near the top of the crystal. The crystal is complete, with 360 degrees of stunning icy etched surfaces. Excellent condition, with no noticeable nicks.
This piece is a rare find from an old collection, it was rediscovered when a storage unit containing display cases and a few dusty old mineral flats was purchased from a mineral dealer in Tucson, Arizona. One of the mineral flats was etched Beryl and we were able to purchase the flat. Most of the pieces are Aquamarine and only a few Heliodor.
