In 2020, new Fluorite was discovered and unearthed in the Erongo region of Namibia on Brandberg Mountain. These aqua-blue cubic Fluorite crystals exhibit a frosted "sea glass" luster and formed on sand color Feldspar matrix with milky Quartz. Fluorite was named after the property of fluorescence, as it fluoresces under ultraviolet light. Includes mineral specimen ID card.
